Wear something that you can sweat in. Make sure your clothing is something that is not too restrictive and that you can move around. Wear comfortable athletic shoes. There will never be any judgement - we are all working to get healthy. MOST IMPORTANT - Make sure you have a bottle of water with you!

At your first session there will be some general health questions, a fitness evaluation, and nutrition coaching. AND YES! We will have you weigh yourself. This will be your starting point and it's a way for me to make sure we both are on track to meet your fitness goals. Remember this is your starting point and the numbers will change and that's a good thing because you want to be healthy, right?
